Answer: each cable is hand assembled and we are meticulous in craft.
Note:Nortoncable does not! sell any machine assembled or mechanically assembled cables
we have found these termination methods to be sub-par to hand assembled cable.
Question: What is your order processing time?
Answer: Almost all orders are processed in 7-10 business days or less! Large orders may take up to 2 weeks.
If any items are on backorder or out of stock, you will receive an email with the status of your order.
Question: Do you accept returns?
Answer: Yes- We carry a 30 day store credit return policy on any item purchased through our website.
Products sold on clearance through forums or Google shopping are non-returnable items. If your
unhappy with a product and would like to exchange it just shoot us an email!

Answer: Yes! any length or combination of connectors can be combined for your needs!
Question: Pedal boards, do you build them?
Answer: yes & wiring packages for signal & power are available, please email for more info!
Question: I bought a cable from somewhere else, and its broken! Can you fix it?
Answer: Yes! Norton cable will reterminate any cable with a new set of connectors for a
nominal bench fee of $10 a cable + connectors- we'll honor a parts/ repair warranty of 5 years on
reterminated cables (conditions: damage caused by abuse not covered, failed solder joints & connectors covered only)
