The spirit xxl has thick insulation between the strands and shiedling. This improves the capacitive values of spirit xxl and ensures loss-free high resolution sound, Even with longer cable runs! To avoid crackling and hum interference Sommer uses a special conductive carbon shield and braided outer shield.

The silent connectors priced below are for G&H Silent plugs, these are very depenable and are quite overbuilt in comparison to other Silent plugs on the market.
