All Norton Cables come Standard with a Lifetime warranty.
Warranties go active from the date of product registration via email.
Norton Cable will repair any registered product that is defective in workmanship .
Please save your packing list & sales invoice to redeem/activate warranty services.
The lifetime warranty does not cover product misuse or tampering!
Damage that is caused by misuse or product tampering. IE: Using Norton cable for what
it is not intended. Layman's terms: using it as a power cord, battery cable, cargo strap on your truck, scaling a cliff- things of this nature will obviously void the lifetime warranty!
Warranty Registration: Your cable will include a code on either the packaging or the invoice.
please email this code to warranty@nortoncable.com and your warranty will go active on that date.
You will receive a confirmation of the warranties activation via email
Warranty Service: Warranty service is straight forward- ship the cable to us, we fix it free of charge and we send it back, the only expense to the customer is shipping to us, there are no bench rates or 90 day wait periods for a repair call.
Tampering: Genuine Norton cable products will have a Heat-shrink branded logo at each end -
if this has been removed, or if the cable has been tampered with in anyway the warranty is void/null.
NOTE: if you have reterminated a cable, or require a cable to be re-terminated we can do so. Please
email us for more info.
Returns: A 30 day store credit return policy on any item purchased through our website goes active from
your shipment date. Products sold on clearance through forums or Google shopping are non-returnable items.
If your un-happy with a product or would like to exchange for another product email us & we gladly work something out! Our #1 mission goal is to keep our customers happy, we strive to maintain the best customer service & product base around!
Disclaimer: Norton cable is not and will not be held responsible for cable damage related
to use or self personal damage caused by product misuse.
Norton's Testing Method. Each cable is tested with a Capacitance meter, digital volt meter and Our "Acid
test" where the cable is tugged, tapped and tested with a guitar/amp and tone is passed through the cable,
this ensures the connection is solid and the solder joints are secure.
Thanks!
Nortoncable team.
